Eco-Tech observes six holidays a year for residential customers:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If our collection day falls on or after an observed holiday during that business week, i.e., Monday through Friday, that week's collection day will be postponed by one day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it does not affect the collection schedule.
2013 Holiday Schedule
New Year’s Day - Tuesday, January 1, 2013
Ecotech will be running on our regularly scheduled trash service for all customers who have a Monday collection schedule. Tuesday’s trash will be collected Wednesday, etc. for the remainder of the week.
Memorial Day - Monday, May 27, 2013
Ecotech collection will be running on a one day delay the entire week. Monday’s trash will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday’s trash collected Wednesday, etc.
Independence Day - Thursday, July 4, 2013
Ecotech will be running on our regularly scheduled trash service for all customers who have a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday collection schedule. We will be on holiday Thursday, July 4th. We will be running on a one day delay for all customers with a Thursday, or Friday collection.
Labor Day - Monday, September 2, 2013
Ecotech will be running on a one day delay schedule the entire week. Monday’s trash will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday’s trash will be collected Wednesday, etc.
Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 21, 2013
Ecotech will be running on the regular collection schedule for all customers who have a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday collection schedule. We will be on Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday November 21st. Customers who have a Thursday or Friday collection day will be one day delayed. Thursday will be collected on Friday and Friday collected on Saturday.
Christmas Day - Wednesday, December 25, 2013
Ecotech will be running on regular schedule for all customers who have a Monday or Tuesday collection day. We will be closed on Christmas day, Wednesday, December 25th. For customers with collection on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday we will be running on a one day delay. Wednesday will be collected Thursday, Thursday will be collected Friday, etc. Please have all trash containers out by 6AM to insure collection.
2014 Holiday Schedule

Ecotech will be running on a regular schedule for Tuesday, December 31, 2013. We will be off for the New Year’s holiday Wednesday, January 1, 2014. We will be running on a one day delay for customers with a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday collection schedule. Please have all trash containers out by 6AM to insure collection.
